Course Objectives

To provide students with the adequate knowledge required to understand and practice concept of TQM used in industry and to clear basic concepts on quality.

Who Should Attend?

This course is ideal for those who are directly and indirectly involved either in implementation or maintenance of system or part of the system., including department managers, supervisors, quality representatives, engineers and administrative staff who have a focus on business improvement, performance and profitability

Certification Exam

• Each certification candidate is required to pass a written examination that consists of multiple choice and/or descriptive questions measuring comprehension of the Body of Knowledge.
• The exam will be conducted online.
• It is only offered in English.
• The exam should be taken within one and half year of the date of registration of the course package.
• *Taking an exam after one year will incur a fee*
• Pass Criteria:  > 60% marks

Certificate Program- Please note that only E-Certificates will be issued in this course. No hardcopy will be mailed to your address.

Note: For candidates clearing the exam successfully, certificate shall be issued by Quality HUB India, which is a registered organization with GOI for training and certification courses.

Course Objectives

Prerequisites

It is recommended that all students have the following prior knowledge:

1. Basic understanding of the concept of product and process
2. Basic understanding of the concept of quality management
3. At least 1 year of industry experience

This course is ideal for those who are responsible for product development, operations management, quality control, and engineering including department managers, supervisors, quality representatives, engineers, and administrative staff who have a focus on business improvement, performance, and profitability.
