Introduction

The need to meet and exceed customer expectations in a cost-competitive environment makes the correct usage of the 7 QC (Quality Control) and 7M (Management) Tools imperative today for a unified and systematic approach to team problem-solving. The tools help to develop and sustain a strong customer focus and improve all processes by identifying rejects, determining causes, suggesting improvements, and establishing traceability of each process. The 7 QC tools are fundamental for Continuous Improvement.

This course will show the participants the basics of teamwork and problem solving how the 7 QC Tools are used in problem-solving and a step-by-step approach of proper root cause analysis with examples.

Course Objectives

To provide students with the adequate knowledge required to understand and practice important problem-solving tools and Root Cause Analysis mechanisms used in industry.

Certification Exam

  • Each certification candidate is required to pass a written examination that consists of multiple choice and/or descriptive questions measuring comprehension of the Body of Knowledge.
  • The exam will be conducted online.
  • It is only offered in English.
  • The exam Should be taken within a year of the date of registration of the course.
  • *Taking an exam after one year will incur a fee*
  • After the certificate is issued, you must wait 30 days to get a hard copy of the certificate.

Pass Criteria:  > 60% marks

For candidates clearing the exam successfully certificate shall be issued by Quality HUB India, which is a registered organization with GOI for training and certification courses.

  • Note: One extra opportunity will be given to unsuccessful candidates free of charge.
