Among the most important metrics for assessing the productivity of manufacturing equipment is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). It is the widely used essential number for raising manufacturing plant productivity when combined with the reasons for the loss.

A metric to assess how well a manufacturing operation is being optimized was created in the 1960s and is called overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). OEE is now a widely accepted indicator for coordinating production strategies and driving manufacturing optimizations via production planning, machine dependability, quality enhancements, and productivity gains.

OEE is more complicated than just a computation or simple formula. Given the variety of machine types and varying run times, implementing OEE on the shop floor can be time-consuming and difficult. For numerous machine types, some of which are in operation while others are not, a structured template is required to calculate availability and performance.

Certification Exam

• Each certification candidate is required to pass a written examination that consists of multiple choice and/or descriptive questions measuring comprehension of the Body of Knowledge.
• The exam will be conducted online.
• It is only offered in English.
• Learners need to appear for the final test within 12 months of purchasing the course. Course access will remain till the access period as per the applicability

Note: For candidates clearing the exam successfully, the certificate shall be issued by Quality HUB India, which is a registered organization with GOI for training and certification courses.

Require a hard copy of the certificate?

As per company policy, The paid amount for any course less than or equal to Rs 4000/- will be eligible for E-certificate only. For the hard copy of the certificate Rs 500/- will be paid by the candidate in addition to the individual course.                                                                                                                              In case the learner requires a hard copy, need to follow the below steps:

Note: Send a request for a hard copy certificate via email to qhi2017@gmail.com. Mention Course Name and a screenshot of payment. This is applicable to dispatch within India only. Outside India, the actual cost of dispatches shall apply.

Step 2: Fill Candidate Registration Form attached in your Course Content Section and submit it in the QHI Portal with a complete postal address and payment ID of INR 500/-

Step 3:  You must wait 30 days to get a hard copy of the Certificate.

Copying, Selling, or Harming videos-

• We recommend that you do not share videos with your friends, as they may try to damage the videos, which will ultimately get you into trouble.
• Hacking or causing harm to the videos in any way is a PUNISHABLE offense. You may only watch the videos for as long as they are still valid.
• All of the videos are COPYRIGHTED.
• Do not attempt to record the lectures in any other way. If you are caught unlawfully SELLING the lectures in full or in part, you will be forced to pay a large sum of money as compensation and face a slew of other legal consequences.

No additional documents, formats, templates, etc shall be provided by QHI.
