Mini-Course – “Six Sigma”

Course Objectives

It’s a free scaled-down version of the original course which covers basic elements of “Six Sigma”.

The detailed paid version is available with an in-depth explanation of Theory, Exercises, Minitab Case Study, Real World DMAIC Case Study in multiple video tutorial forms.

Currently following three-level of “Six Sigma” courses are on offer:

1. Basic Level                  : Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt,
2. Moderate Level:         Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
3. Advanced Level         : Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Prerequisites

There is no prerequisite for this program.

Who Should Attend?

This course is ideal for those who are responsible for product development, operations management, quality control, and engineering including department managers, supervisors, quality representatives, engineers, and administrative staff who have a focus on business improvement, performance, and profitability.

Final Test

Each certification candidate in a paid version is required to pass a written examination that consists of multiple choice and/or descriptive questions measuring comprehension of the Body of Knowledge. The exam will be conducted online. It is only offered in English.

Pass Criteria:  > 60% marks

For candidates clearing the exam successfully certificate shall be issued by Quality HUB India, which is an ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO29990 Certified, IAO Accredited and GOI registered organization for Consultancy, Training, Project Management, and Certification purposes.

# Note: Since this is a Free Mini-Course; hence final exam is not needed and no certificate will be awarded.
