Course Objectives

5S is a workplace organization method that uses a list of five Japanese words: seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke. It’s a globally recognized system for workplace improvement. The course is exclusively designed by QHI to make the candidate become an expert on this initiative. The course covers all important aspects of 5S to help – from theory and practical examples from the industry.

The 5S Expert course takes the foundation elements learned in the Lean awareness program a step further by developing the candidate’s capability in both the application of the 5S concept and integrating this initiative into the overall program of lean management.

There are no prerequisites for this course.

Certification Exam

• Each certification candidate is required to pass a written examination that consists of multiple choice and/or descriptive questions measuring comprehension of the Body of Knowledge.
• The exam will be conducted online.
• It is only offered in English.
• Learners need to appear for the final test within 12 months of purchasing the course. Course access will remain till the access period as per the applicability
• After the soft copy of the certificate is issued, you must wait 30 days to get a hard copy of the Certificate at your given address.
• Learners can clear their doubts arising during the study within 01 years from the date of purchasing the course

Note: For candidates clearing the exam successfully, the certificate shall be issued by Quality HUB India, which is a registered organization with GOI for training and certification courses.

Require a hard copy of the certificate?

As per company policy, The paid amount for any course less than or equal to Rs 4000/- will be eligible for E-certificate only. For the hard copy of the certificate Rs 500/- will be paid by the candidate in addition to the individual course.In case the learner requires a hard copy, need to follow the below steps:

Note: Send a request for a hard copy certificate via email to qhi2017@gmail.com. Mention Course Name and a screenshot of payment. This is applicable to dispatch within India only. Outside India, the actual cost of dispatches shall apply.

Step 2: Fill Candidate Registration Form attached in your Course Content Section and submit it in the QHI Portal with a complete postal address and payment ID of INR 500/-

How will I benefit from this certification?

The 5S Expert Course is developed for Change Agents within the organization tasked to lead or participate in continual improvement projects. A 5S Expert focuses on specific aspects of the Lean tool, techniques, and concepts within the complete Lean curriculum.

All supporting format, Pdf, E-books, Templates as per the course requirement and within the scope, has been uploaded in the portal in the course section and downloadable.

No additional documents, formats, templates, etc. shall be provided by QHI.

Policy on Cancellation and Refunds

• The course to which you have subscribed cannot be replaced with another course.
• It is not possible to cancel a course once it has been purchased.
• There are no refunds for fees.
• Courses are not transferrable.
