Course Objectives

5S is a workplace organization method that uses a list of five Japanese words: seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke. It’s a globally recognized system for workplace improvement. The course is exclusively designed by QHI to make the candidate become an expert of this initiative. The course covers all important aspects of 5S to help – from theory and practical example from the industry.

The 5S Expert course takes the foundation elements learned in Lean awareness program a step further by developing candidate’s capability in both the application of 5S concept and integrating this initiative to the overall program of lean management.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for this course.

Who Should Attend?

• All working professionals (apply to all levels and veridical of all industries)
• Anybody eager of learning and enhancing his knowledge on this domain
• Students

Certification Exam

• Each certification candidate is required to pass a written examination that consists of multiple choice and/or descriptive questions measuring comprehension of the Body of Knowledge.
• The exam will be conducted online.
• It is only offered in English.
• The exam should be taken within one and half year of the date of registration of the course package.
• *Taking an exam after one year will incur a fee*
• After the certificate is issued, you must wait 30 days to get a hard copy of the Certificate.

Pass Criteria:  > 60% marks

For candidates clearing the exam successfully certificate shall be issued by Quality HUB India, which is a registered organization with GOI for training and certification courses.

• Note: One extra opportunity will be given to unsuccessful candidates free of charge.

How will I benefit from this certification?

The 5S Expert Course is developed for Change Agents within the organization tasked to lead or participate in continual improvement projects. A 5S Expert focuses on specific aspects of the Lean tool, techniques and concepts within the complete Lean curriculum.

Policy on Cancellation and Refunds

• The course to which you have subscribed cannot be replaced with another course.
• It is not possible to cancel a course once it has been purchased.
• There are no refunds for fees.
• Courses are not transferrable.
• There will be no extensions. (For Extension, candidate to pay nominal charges as per prevailing policy)

Copying, Selling, or Harming videos-

• We recommend that you do not share videos with your friends, as they may try to damage the videos, which will ultimately get you into trouble.
• Hacking or causing harm to the videos in any way is a PUNISHABLE offence. You may only watch the videos for as long as they are still valid.

• All of the videos are COPYRIGHTED.
• Do not attempt to record the lectures in any other way. If you are caught unlawfully SELLING the lectures in full or in part, you will be forced to pay a large sum of money as compensation and face a slew of other legal consequences.

Course Duration: 14 hrs

Course Objectives

This programmer is developed for Change Agents within the organization tasked to lead or participate in continual improvement projects. A Kaizen Expert focuses on specific aspects of the Kaizen tools, techniques and concepts within the complete Kaizen curriculum. The Kaizen Expert Programmed is structured into individual modules with each covering practical Kaizen implementation skills.

There are no prerequisites for this course.

• Anybody eager of learning and enhancing his knowledge on this domain
• Students

Certification Exam
